  • The studio is super easy to reach from Manchester city centre, about a ten minute walk from Piccadilly train station. The best walk is down the canal which you can reach from Ducie Street!

    You can catch a tram from inside Piccadilly station to New Islington. It’s just one stop, a 3 minute journey and costs around £1. Any tram headed for Ashton-Under-Lyne and Etihad Campus will get you there! From there it’s just a couple of minutes walk.

    If you’re driving, we have a free car park! Just turn into the mill (you’ll see a carport and Hope Mill Theatre straight ahead) and grab a spot.

  • Palms Coffee ~ 2 minute walk away in Pollard yard. Great coffee and cakes! (seriously, try a sweet treat!)

    Marleo ~ Another one of our neighbours at Pollard Yard. Sicilian street food, FAT sandwiches, YUM.

    Pollen Bakery ~ Manchester’s famous bakery good-good, about a 5 minute walk away and next to the lovely New Islington Marina.

    Piccadilly Gardens ~ 20 minute walk and you’re at the heart of it all. Chain food spots, supermarkets, shops and connections.

    Northern Quarter ~ 15 minute walk. Indie food and coffee and beers, art, records, LGS and fun vibes.

If you see this car port, you’re going the right way!

It’s easiest to see and navigate to Hope Mill Theatre

You need to go through this green door! There is an intercom to the left - press and search for “Heartless Hands Club” to call the studio.

Head up the stairs and wait for me at the door on the first floor :)
